Rezzonico is full of charm & character, dominated by the XIV century Castle built by Pope Clements XIII family. It is one of the most visited towns on Lake Como, situated on the sunny western shore, near Menaggio (7 km south) and Como (35 km south). Flights of cobbled steps, small medieval pathways, laid among the ancient houses with their elegant portals and porticos where fishermen spread out and repair their nets. Along the shores you find secluded beaches and picturesque spots. For mountain lovers there are walks through small and sunny villages.
